Metro Exit at Embarcadero Station.
Follow signs toward Spear Street.
From North Bay Cross the Golden Gate Bridge and follow signs for 101 Downtown (right exit).
Veer left on Lombard; continue for 1 mile.
Turn right on Van Ness.
After 1 mile, turn left on Bush (one way).
Continue to the end of Bush; turn left on Market and right on Spear.
Coming off the Bay Bridge, take the Harrison/Embarcadero exit (left exit).
Turn right at light onto Harrison, then left on Main.
Turn right on Market, then turn right onto Spear.
From South Bay From 101, take the Highway 80 turnoff toward the Bay Bridge.
Exit on 4th Street (last S.F. exit); head east on Bryant and get in the left lane.
Turn left (north) on Third, right on Market, and right on Spear.
Travel the California Street line until you reach the foot of California (end of the line).
California Street forms a V with Market; you will see the Ferry Building at the foot of Market just ahead.
Cross over Market and walk a half of a block down Spear Street to the main entrance of One Market Plaza (left side of the street).
Board any Municipal bus line with a destination which includes the Ferry Building.
Get off at the corner of Market and Spear Streets.
From the North or East Bay, follow Ferry routes terminating at the Ferry Building at the Port of San Francisco.
After dis-embarking, cross the Embarcadero at Mission Street.
Walk up Mission a half of a block past Steaurt Street (right side of street) .

Parking Suggestion: We advise everyone to park at Justin Herman Plaza and use the shuttle buses or public transportation at the end of the Walk to return to Justin Herman Plaza. Four shuttle buses will be taking walkers back to Justin Herman Plaza from the Marina Green after the Walk.
Downtown San Francisco Parking Options
Parking Lot: Limited public parking available at Pier 3. $10 per car.
Metered Parking Lot: Limited public parking is available around this location (25 cents per half hour, free after 6:00 p.m.
Embarcadero Center Garages (four separate facilities): During weekdays, they charge $2.75 every half hour. Weekday evenings (5:00 p.m. to 3:00 am) and weekends (10:00 am to 3:00 a.m.) they charge $2.50 for every hour.
Golden Gateway Garage (entrance located on Clay Street across from Embarcadero Center #2): They charge a flat rate of $2.50 every half hour. Their hours are Monday - Thursday 4:00 a.m. to midnight, Fridays 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., and Sundays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Paid Parking Lot: Parking lot that is located on Davis St. between Broadway St. and Vallejo St.: $12:00 weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and $5.00 weekends and weekday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Paid Parking Lot: Parking lot that is on the corner of Embarcadero St. and Broadway St.: $12.00 weekdays and $5.00 weekends and weekday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Paid Parking Lot: Parking lot on Embarcadero St. and Washington St. (directly across from Pier 3): $5.00 per hour with a maximum daily charge of $12.00. Their hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Please make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking if you have not arranged motorcoach transportation.
