Can never have too many pro-life Oregonians!
Theology teacher Jim Tabor tells the Walk “The Frassati Club from Regis High School in Stayton, Oregon will be attending the West Coast March for Life for the first time. We are excited to participate in this growing event and being a public witness of the sanctity of life from conception to natural death.”
For those not familiar with the name ‘Frassati’ it refers to Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, born in Turin, Italy, in 1901: “Pier Giorgio Michelangelo Frassati was a handsome, fun-loving, athletic, courageous and devout Catholic born into a prominent Italian family. He died at the young age of 24 and has since become the model for lay people all over the world. Beatified in 1990 by Saint Pope John Paul II and named ‘The Man of the Eight Beatitudes,’ Pier Giorgio teaches us that holiness is possible for everyone.”
Frassati Clubs are all over the place.
Thank you Mr. Tabor and Regis High School, and Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, pray for our young people and the Walk for Life West Coast!
